DOMESTIC ORDERS (JAPAN):

Once payment is processed, your order will be shipped within 3-7  business days.

 

SASSILUXE offers FREE domestic shipping via JP post or Yamato. Domestic orders can be paid online or by furikomi bank transfer (paid in JPY).

SASSILUXE is legally obligated to charge a 10% DOMESTIC sales tax on all orders.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Once payment is processed, your order will be shipped within 3-7 business days (JST).

 

SASSILUXE offers  international shipping worldwide via FEDEX,DHL & EMS. Express International shipping price is 20,000JPY (INSURANCE INCLUDED).International orders can be paid online or by bank wire transfer.

Products made with exotic materials (e.g. crocodile skin, python skin, etc.) may be restricted in some countries. Please verify with your country's laws and contact us in advance before purchase.

TRACKING NUMBER will be provided by email once your shipment is confirmed. 

 

SASSILUXE is not responsible for taxes outside of Japan. Purchasers who reside outside of Japan will be responsible for their own relevant tax authority.

We are not responsible for delays caused by holidays and natural disasters.

ORDER CHANGES:

SASSILUXE is unable to make changes to an order once the tracking has been assigned. We make every attempt to accommodate special requests for shipping, but it is the sole responsibility of the customer to understand the shipping procedures involved.

RETURNS:

All sales are considered final.
